Beijing Forum for Performing Arts 2020, hosted by the National Centre for the Performing Arts of China, aims to serve as a platform of exchanges for arts institutions around the world on a regular basis. Under the theme of, "Challenges and Opportunities During the Pandemic" the forum will be held from September 9th to 10th online, with the in-depth discussions on four topics including "Emergence and application of New Modes of Artistic Production", "Opportunities and Challenges of Online Streaming", "New Modes of Theatre Operation During the Pandemic", and "New Prospect of Building a Community with a Shared Future for Theatres Around the Globe" among the participants to share experiences and stimulate vitality. So far, participants of about one hundred institutions from more than 20 countries or regions in 6 Continents have confirmed their attendance.
